By accessing or using SupplierDiversity.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website.

Description of Services

SupplierDiversity.com provides editorial content, reference data, free tools, and paid services for diverse-owned businesses, corporate buyers, and certification consultants. Our services include:

• Certification eligibility assessments and document checklists
• Capability statement builder, revenue calculator, match finder, and government readiness tools
• Editorial guides, reference content, and federal contract spending data
• Directories of corporate supplier diversity programs, certifying bodies, and diversity lenders
• A two-sided marketplace where diverse-owned suppliers and corporate buyers can create profiles, save listings, and exchange messages
• Referrals to certification consultants and financing partners

Some services are free; others are paid. Paid services are described in the "Paid Services" section below.

Paid Services

SupplierDiversity.com offers the following paid services. All pricing is shown at the point of purchase and confirmed before payment.

• CertifyAll (forthcoming): a flat-fee certification application service. Pricing and refund terms will be presented at sign-up. CertifyAll prepares and submits applications on your behalf; final approval is made by each certifying agency.
• Featured Listings: corporate programs, certifying bodies, and lenders may purchase paid featured placement in our directories. Featured listings are labeled and editorially independent of how programs are described and ranked.
• Subscriptions: buyer and supplier subscription tiers unlock additional tools, search filters, document storage, and analytics. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Refund requests for CertifyAll filings already submitted to certifying agencies are evaluated case-by-case; subscription refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of a billing period.

We are not a certifying body and do not grant, process, or guarantee any certifications. Our eligibility tools provide guidance based on general criteria, but actual certification requirements vary by certifying agency and may change.

Affiliate disclosure: SupplierDiversity.com may earn a commission when you apply to certain financing products or services through links on our site. Affiliate relationships do not influence which lenders or products are included in our directory or how we describe them. Affiliate links are tagged with rel="sponsored" and labeled with an advertiser disclosure near the link.

User Content and Marketplace Conduct

If you create a supplier or buyer profile, send messages through our marketplace, or submit content to the public outcomes survey, you grant SupplierDiversity.com a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share the content you submit, and that the content is accurate, not misleading, and not unlawful.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any user-submitted content at our discretion, including content that is spam, misleading, deceptive, infringing, or violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Sanctions and Trade Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics), and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of sanctioned, prohibited, or restricted parties. You may not use SupplierDiversity.com if you do not meet these requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupplierDiversity.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Website

• Unauthorized access to your information
• Any certification applications or outcomes
• Services provided by third-party consultants
