Senior Operations Support Analyst

Bring your experience!  Join us a Senior Operations Support Analyst and help us in maintaining, updating, and supporting system tables, user access, and reporting for proprietary and third-party applications and providing guidance, support, and escalated-issue resolution for assigned applications.

Duties and Responsibilities  
  • Process system updates and changes from service agreements, rate tables, and other customer documents per quality guidelines. 
  • Review updates, changes, and data for accuracy, duplicate records, and potential issues 
  • Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to identify discrepancies, perform audits, and conduct operational and root cause analysis. 
  • Research, document, and resolve routine, complex, and escalated discrepancies, errors, and system issues using standard operating procedures and analysis. Monitor, analyze, and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to internal and external users on assigned applications and integrations. 
  • Create and manage alerts, reports, and document libraries for assigned applications. 
  • Perform user account and password maintenance on assigned applications. 
  • Prepare detailed project plans and ensure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables. 
  • Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and job aids for assigned applications 
  • Provide support and analysis for scheduled weekly and monthly metrics reporting and operational reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and experience 
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Application/Helpdesk Support or related position required 
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 
The applicable salary range is aligned to one of 5 zones according to a cost of labor index for the geographic location of the role. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include related experience, education and training, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below. Ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone 3: Starting rate $20.25; up to $25.50 for highly qualified candidates
