We offer inclusive groups like Power Squad, a dynamic leadership program uniquely focused on the development of women of color. The collaboration between 84.51° and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber is a 3-month program that provides a community for like-minded individuals to grow professionally, become influencers and develop as emerging leaders.



And additional groups such as:
• Women’s EDGE (including Women of Color and Women in Tech sub-committees)
• MARC (Men Advocating Real Change)
• ITOPIA (aimed at introverts)

We are just as invested in our community as we are in our associates! We have worked with local organizations, like Girls with Pearls and Camp BYOC, to encourage and mentor children and young women in our community. These relationships help us better understand the community around us and provide an opportunity to give back in our areas of expertise.
