Job Description

This role will be responsible for the delivery of Sage’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy (known as Sage Belong), frameworks and programs in the region, management of a D&I Manager, and providing expert advice and support to regional leaders. A successful Sage Belong strategy will result in a place where all colleagues can thrive, Sage being recognized as an employer of choice, a diverse and inclusive workforce, and further equity in the markets we operate. Reporting into both the People Leader for the region and the VP Belong at the center, this is a matrix role which also has global expert lead responsibility for one of the Sage Belong focus areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead regional delivery of Sage’s global D&I strategy focusing on Gender Equality, Race and Ethnic Diversity, Ability and LGBTQ+ with specific actions year on year
• Partner with D&I Director in COE to oversee building of regional internal D&I reports and manage tracking to measure outcomes of all activity
• Use data insights to inform regional priorities and decisions across strategy and program delivery
• Serve as subject matter expert and support to regional MD, People Leader, PBPs and business leaders
• Provide high level expert coaching/guidance to leadership community
• Manage relationships with local affinity groups (CSNs) and Belong Champions to galvanize, direct support, and ensure voices are heard
What You Need To Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources or related degree
• 5 years of proven, progressive experience building D&I related programs
• Passion for creating and executing impactful D&I programs
• Global remit within a matrix organization
• Proven experience developing and implementing global D&I programs
• Skillful in developing race & ethnicity programs
