Functions and Responsibilities:

This position provides assistance and support for the Assistant Director of customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position assists in the management and development of the admission’s office application and recruitment database, performs database tasks to ensure service availability, assists with projects, implementations, and upgrades. Provides CRM and application support. Monitors the daily flow of data and documents in and out of the CRM and reports anomalies or errors. Monitors electronic communications to ensure messages are being processed according to schedule and targeting the proper populations. This position will create and monitor admissions calendar of messaging.
